New Moon - Free consultation, birth plan development, two prenatal visits, two weeks on call awaiting your birth, labor support beginning whenever you desire (either at home or when you arrive at your birth location) continuing throughout birth, optional Reiki throughout labor and birth, support during initial stages of breastfeeding following birth, two postpartum visits, continuous phone and email support. $300
Waxing Moon - Free consultation, birth plan development, two prenatal visits including guided meditations to prepare and center yourself for birth, two weeks on call awaiting your birth, labor support beginning whenever you desire (either at home or when you arrive at your birth location) continuing throughout birth, optional Reiki throughout labor and birth, support during initial stages of breastfeeding following birth, two postpartum visits, continuous phone and email support. $350
Full Moon - Free consultation, birth plan development, two prenatal visits including guided meditations to prepare and center yourself for birth, two 90 minute prenatal massage therapy or Reiki sessions, two weeks on call awaiting your birth, labor support beginning whenever you desire (either at home or when you arrive at your birth location) continuing throughout birth, optional Reiki throughout labor and birth, support during initial stages of breastfeeding following birth, two postpartum visits, continuous phone and email support. $475
Waning Moon - Free consultation, birth plan development, two prenatal visits including guided meditations to prepare and center yourself for birth, four 90 minute prenatal and/or postpartum massage therapy or Reiki sessions, two weeks on call awaiting your birth, labor support beginning whenever you desire (either at home or when you arrive at your birth location) continuing throughout birth, optional Reiki throughout labor and birth, support during initial stages of breastfeeding following birth, two postpartum visits, continuous phone and email support. $600
High Tide - Guided meditation added to any Moon. $25 per session added.
Low Tide - 90 minute Massage Therapy or Reiki sessions added to any Moon. $75 per session added.
Maternity Massage Therapy - one hour $75, ninety minutes $100
Guided meditations are approximately 30 minutes. These services are available to all who choose to receive this care. If you have a serious financial hardship, please let me know so we can make alternative payment arrangements.
Antoinette was born and raised in southern California. In 1998, she and her twin sister established a meditation group that met every week for five years and to this day continues to hold retreats twice a year. This group practice ignited a passion in Antoinette to bring experiential meditation to others in the form of retreats and workshops, many of which she has coordinated and hosted since 1999. She also completed her formal training in Transcendental Meditation in February of 1999. Since then, her daily meditation practice has included exploration and discipline with multiple styles, traditions and techniques.
Antoinette graduated from Southeastern School of Neuromuscular Massage in September of 2002. She became nationally certified with the NCBMBT immediately following her graduation and has been in full time licensed practice in North Carolina since May of 2003. As an expansion of massage modalities she would offer, Antoinette trained in Maternity Massage in June of 2003 and LaStone Therapy in November of 2003. In February of 2004 she received her Reiki level two attunement and has since been practicing Reiki regularly. In October of 2007 she was initiated as a Reiki Master Teacher. In January of 2008 she became an A.L.A.C.E trained Labor Assistant / Doula and is on her way to becoming certified. She aspires to become a Certified Professional Midwife. Antoinette enjoys the study and practice of esoteric and healing arts with an emphasis in cultivating regenerative, feminine centered consciousness. Her practices are guided by her intuition and heart, along with energetic awareness and deep respect for the Feminine Mysteries.
Antoinette is a member of Cape Fear Area Doulas ( CFAD ), North Carolina Friends of Midwives ( NCFOM ) and the Wilmington Homebirth Meet-up group.
